An Important Note about your A Spare Room order
Please keep in mind that by purchasing from A Spare Room you are supporting a small business, thank you! A Spare Room is completely run by myself (Nichole)! Each order is very important to me. I do my very best to have top notch customer service. If you happen to have any concerns or issues about your order, please email me and allow up to 72 hours for a response to your inquiry. Typically the wait will be much shorter, and I will be more than happy to answer your question or solve the issue!

I accept all major credit cards and PayPal through our secure website.
Shipping
Ready to ship items will be shipped with tracking number available after 24 hours of your order. All ready to ship products will be labeled accordingly.
Please allow 4-5 business days for your tracking number on all other items.
Returns
You are welcome to return or exchange your order within 7 days of your purchase date. Items must be in original condition and labels must be in tact to be eligible for return or exchange. Please email [email protected] to notify me of the return or exchange. Please include instructions on what you would like us to do (return and refund, or what you would like to exchange for). You are responsible for postage payment on your incoming return or exchange and your outgoing exchange.
